Went to buy a 6 count box $22+ and they won?t take a $50 to pay for the order. I had $20, $50 or a hundred and 20 won?t cover... the order so all I had was a $50 and they said they get fakes. Super disappointed! I come to Crumbl all the time. Today I went to curb a craving and my cookie wasn?t cooked fully.

I have liked Crumbl in the past but the last 6 months every time I get cookies they are under cooked. This last time I did not... even dare let my family eat them because it was l a little bit before I got them home and they had been sitting out and we'renot cooked through at all . Just toasted on the outside... Uncooked food with egg in it is too much of a health risk and thereis no way the Inside of the cookie got up to high enough temperature to make it safe. Read more

Their standards have really slipped. The cookies are always great. But today whenever I went, the box I was given was ripped.... There was cookie remnants all over it, and the bottom was pretty gross to the point where I didn?t even want to put it in my carit was so messy. Read more

Had a few mishaps with some cookies that I ordered for a friend, door dash messed up the delivery, twice! But the owner was... really nice when I went in and replaced the cookies at no charge. Everyone at the Lindon Crumbl location was very friendly andhelpful in a frustrating situation. Definitely would recommend this location for some yummy cookies! Read more
