This store was so terrible for a long time that I stop coming and would drive several miles away to go to a different location.... In the past few months they have a really stepped up their game. When they see you they greet you, if someone is doing anotherjob. And help with the front. Mostly they seem happy and try their best, which is all you can ask when paying six dollars forpizza. I never write reviews but needed to write one for this location! The pizza is good when done right, however this time I ran into... a slight problem, first off they mixed our pizzas up so we got the wrong pizza. Not too bad, easy fix for sure, and not tooupset about it. Secondly, an ant crawled out of the pizza box when I realized the pizza was wrong. Disgusting! After parking and unloading children I see a sign hanging on the door saying drive-thru only. So I load the children back up and... drive around to the drive through, 15 minutes later (unfortunately I was unable to exit the line) I find myself saying hello toa speaker with no response. Went through the drive-through. They took my order and then I sat in my car at the window for 23 minutes. Absolutely zero... communication from the staff. I could see them walking back-and-forth inside, but no one came to the window. Finally, a girlopened the window, confirmed my order, and took payment. No apology or explanation for the wait. I asked nicely (I?m not tryingto make a fuss and she?s obviously stressed) her why it took so long. She was very short and terse with me and said they wereunderstaffed. Now I understand being understaffed, but it would?ve taken less than 10 seconds to open the window and tell mewhat was going on. It would?ve taken 5 seconds to tell me the expected wait time while I was placing my order initially. Neitherof these were done, and not even a half-hearted ?sorry? was offered. Read more
