Taco Bell has always been my go to restaurant and I?ve always loved it. The last 3-4 times that I?ve been to this location... though, my drinks have not been carbonated and they are warm. I finally called them and asked what is going on with theirmachines and was told the drive through soda machines are in fact down and the ice maker is broken. I asked if they could startinforming customers and asked if next time, if the problem is still ongoing if I can get a replacement and was told I can justgo inside to get a carbonated drink. That defeats the purpose of the drive through, which I use so I don?t have to get mytoddler in and out of the vehicle. So basically, at least for the past 2 months, they have been serving flat sodas with no iceand not caring that customers paid money for these drinks. Read more
This Taco Bell got new evening workers and they are straight out of chick fil a I swear. Kindest people. Always smiling and... quick to help. For working late into the evening it is refreshing to see such great customer service. Read more
Their drive thru is garbage. I'm literally writing this in the drive thu line, I've been sitting in for 30 minutes. It's taking... like 20mins between each car. Either management needs to hire more people, or just be closed on sunday evenings. Read more
I figured I would stop for lunch. That was the worst idea ever. They literally were the slowest and most unorganized place that... I have ever eaten at. There was 7 people in the lobby waiting for their food. It's been 30 minutes and I still haven't gottenany food or even a sorry for the wait. To add I waited 40 minutes and still no food. It?s exactly what you expect at any Taco Bell. I?ve had good luck at this location. Most the employees I?ve encountered have... been good. This $5 Box i feel is worth the 2-Tacos, Chicken Quesadilla and Soda. You can add a Large drink for .10 cents. Foodquality is what you would expect. My only disappointment was last week I ordered a Steak Nachos Bellgrande and the amount ofsteak was embarrassing and it was mostly chips. I regret not taking a pic of it. This location always give us correct portions everything is made fresh and always impressed compared to any other location.... Polite employees that double check to make sure you have everything you needed. Nothing was stale or cold or made messy andsloppy. Read more
