Every time I go to this location I always get the worst service for the past few months. Tonight was the worst of them all... 8/29/22. I had ordered a total of 4 mc doubles which those didnt seem like they were hot, 2 large fries which were cold as soonas I got out of the drive thru and I asked for 1 large coke but got 3 medium instead. The person who took my order did NOT readback my order, was NOT friendly when receiving my payment and the two individuals that were at the second window were playingaround during the rush around 8:30pm. And since when do I have to ask for straws for my drinks when clearly I should get mystraws if buying drinks? When I asked for the straws the female who handed me the order seemed irritated. Never again, thislocation has some of the worse employees that lack common sense and hospitality. Read more
They gave us one less burger than we ordered and still charged for it
Ordered 4 egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast. Didn?t come with cheese. Returned to McDonald?s and they refused to put cheese... on the biscuits. Asked for a refund. Ridiculous. Read more
7/22/22, I ordered the breakfast burrito meal and the pancake breakfast, they kept my drink and pancake syrup. Service really... sucks...hope those zombies working there get some sunlight and wake up! Read more
We went through the drive thru on our way to our hotel. It had been a long day of driving and we were hungry. We ordered a #1... and a #5. The only thing in the bag that was hot was one of the orders of fries, everything else was barely warm. Read more
The employees were rude, and tried to charge me for more than I ordered. When I mentioned I ordered a large soda, the employee... rudely said I did not because the soda machine was broken which was not mentioned to me when I placed the ordered. The fries Ireceived were half empty, I ordered a large. And when I received the tea I ordered with extra ice, the employee got mad when Imentioned to her she did not give me the appropriate amount that I ordered. When I asked to speak to a manager, she slammed thewindow shut and yelled at the manager, hey they want a manager. Very unprofessional. The food is very dry, and was not even puttogether. One of the McDoubles I ordered even had meat that looked like it was pieces together, it looked like Frankenstein.Terrible service! Read more
Picked up breakfast here... 2 burritos with a small coffee ($7). Hit the spot, I just wish the salsa came in the burritos... instead of having to add it. Read more
Cheese burgers were a little dry and fries had been sitting too long. Friendly staff and fast drive through.
