I was so excited when we got new management and for a time the pizza was was better. What I got last night was aweful. There was... barley any toppings and the sauce was so thick I couldn't finish 1 piece. The 20 oz Pepsi was stale and flat, not sure if it wasjust an expired bottle or what. Horrid!!! Absolutely Horrid! Our food was literally inedible, the pizza dough tasted like beer, the pepperoni tasted out of... date, the sauce tasted like it had been watered down , like no cheese and burned to a crisp, same with the cheesy bread, solidblack, no oil, and even if it hadn?t been burned to a dry hard black crisp it only had cheese on half of it??? I?ll never eat atthis location again, and to make matters worse we live in Alex and didn?t realize the food was inedible until we got it home . DISGUSTING!! Read more
Went last week. We were the only ones dining in, in the whole restaurant. We placed our order, waited 30 mins after , only to... be told, its going to be about 30 minutes more or longer, we just got super slammed with to go orders. We left. No apologiesfrom the waitress, no explanation why we ordered and waited 30 minutes and then told 30 more minutes or longer. Lesson learned Read more

This place isn't worth your time or money. I may sound like a Karen, but EVERY time I come here something is wrong with my... order. One of the guys there named Cory is fantastic and always fixes or credits my order, but I shouldn't have to call andcomplain to get my order correct. The mobile app also doesn't reflect what is actually currently available in the store. Read more
