Worst place to order food from! Employee Brianna made mistakes back to back with one customer to the next. No apology was... offered. Got order # wrong and when corrected she replied ?whatever?. Long line up. Not enough staff. The supervisor coachedBrianna in front of long line up and made everyone else waiting even longer. No sense or urgency even with line up extended tothe outside of the restaurant!!! Read more

Line up at lunch with almost a dozen people outside never mind people inside waiting and they had one cash open and having... pleasant conversations with people is nice but not when you have 18 customers behind them. Third time this has happened. Nevergoing again. Read more

I've only been here once, passing thru Lindsay on my way to somewhere else. I had a small, quick, cheap, under 500 calorie... lunch consisting of a dbl cheeseburger only. I like Burger King's products and this burger was fine as far as taste andfreshness goes. Top marks for the sandwich. The location is a PITA tho. Its in a mall, a long walk from the parkinglot. And...I was a bit surprised as the over all price was about 50% higher than my hometown BK. 40 cents more for the basicsandwich ($2.49 regularly, loaded with vegies, but $2.89 here plus an extra 75 cent charge for lettuce, tomato and onion thatI'm not usually charged for, which effectively brings the price up to $3.64.) Plus the extra tax on that additionalsurcharge. It's a small thing but it's a small burger and it was only 1 item. I'm not sure what the extra costs would have beenon a larger order. Anyway, it kind of turned me off, especially as the location is not easily accessible. The LindsayMcDonald's is easier to access, a regular restaurant with a drive-thru, and better coffee options too. I've used McD's on pasttrips, I'd stick with them in the future. Read more

Absolutely the worst customer service of any fast food resteraunt I've been too, and it's consistent. They are absolutely... miserable to be there and make no attempt to be happy, courteous or friendly to anybody. The older woman is training the newstaff to be miserable too. This place needs an overhaul Read more

Great spot, open access to the mall - which isn't too crowded usually anyway. Fast service, food is how you expect. Quite a bit... of seating - decently clean and has wifi. No washrooms or self-serve fountain drink machine. Read more
