Observed another customer who ordered on app. Order didn't show up on restaurant system. Manager was unable and unwilling to... resolve for customer even though customer could show she paid for it. Customer left very frustrated. As fellow customers, wefelt frustrated for the lack of interest in resolving. I feel it could have been easily resolved. Read more

Pretty annoying. Spend over $50 for my family to eat and they mess up the order. Please make sure if you order from here, you... check your order. 10 piece nugget meal with 7 nuggets.. forgot an order of fries? kids meal didn?t have the burger? two drinksout of five were wrong. Since Shanea left - everything has been downhill. The food quality, customer service, etc. They're supposed to be open until... 11pm - but consistently close before that time - for ludacris reasons such as "emergency cleaning" etc... I saw people cleaningthe dining room - but why not still have the dining room open? .. was told this isn't a regular occurrence,- but monthly whenI am in town visiting family - they are closed early for same excuses.. never have I experienced this from a fast foodestablishment. They need to hire new staff - most definitely need a new manager (for night shift anyways) I watched at least 5cars be turned away - and that happens monthly... I wouldn't be happy if I owned that business, and my staff were turningcustomers away. Read more

This has to be the slowest drive-thru I have ever been in. This was my second time going to this location and I was in the drive... thru for 25mins. When I was at the window to pick up my food, the person at the window seemed to care more about talking tofriends then tending to the customers. I had to sit and wait for her to look back, just so I could get straws. Then I had to askfor salt and vinegar for a second time because it wasn't put it the bag either. I order it at the speaker because whenever Ihave asked at the window, the workers always make me feel like I'm bothering them and holding them up by saying "if you couldorder that stuff at the speaker, that would be great". You can't always do that, as you may forget when there are multipleorders and/or your in a hurry. What happened to back in the day people asking "would you like salt, vinegar orketchup?" Customer service isn't taught to people these days and it really shows through interactions. No one even says "have agreat nice" Read more

Great view over the valley to the tree covered hills from the rear deck. Excellent store for environmental books and souvenirs.... Pleasant staff. Limited snacks and beverages. Missed a 12 minutes video about the park but learned a lot from the large map at the entrance. Read more

Consistently incredibly slow at dinner hours. You will be in the drive through line for a half hour if they are lined up.... Usually something wrong with the food, cold fries, stale buns, handed wrong order...yikes. Who is running this store? Read more

Complete and utter lack of proper customer service. Need a special order at this location? May as well keep driving because they... don't listen to what the customer wants or needs. Spent nearly $45 to get where we were eating (25min away north) and find ourorder to not be as satisfactory whatsoever...fries so covered in salt we threw them away, two wrong burgers and a wrongdrink. I'm gonna go find the managers email address and bug them...I want a refund. Read more

Went to the drive thru. There were 2 lanes as usual. The cars in the other lane seem to be moving pretty quick, 3 go through in... about 2 minutes. This continues on for about 7 cars. I finally speak up and ask why they aren?t taking orders for the otherlane, and someone answers through the speaker and says they are doing the best they can. So I wait another 2 minutes and thesame thing keeps happening. Only serving one lane. By the time someone takes my order, there are 9 cars behind me, and 1 in theother lane. Just an absolute joke.
