Will never go to this place again. If I could add a picture of the unsatisfactory pita I got I would. Definitely not worth the... $12 I paid for a small pita Read more

Staff was friendly but their portions suck! Almost $14 for a pita that's not even a lb! Ate it and am still hungry for more.

Always great service & fresh ingredients. The owner is super friendly and Amanda makes the BEST pitas. I stopped ordering online... because I love the staff and atmosphere :) Read more

Had a terrible experience Saturday Evening April 16th. We?re somewhat regulars but the new young lady working there tonight was... absolutely miserable and seemed to really hate her job while also sloppily throwing together our food. Poor customer serviceand definitely not a welcoming environment. Read more

The employees and service were good. I just can't get over how awful the portions and food are. 14$ for a regular pita for them... to put half a cup of chicken into it. But they'll slam lettuce in it for ya. What a rip off. Can't even imagine what would be ona small if I ordered that. Read more

I don?t recommend this pita pit. I?ve been here a few times trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but each time I?ve always... been disappointed. My boyfriend and I went in at 8:20 and ordered pitas as they close at 9 pm. The girl making them went to putthem in the bag and we asked for them toasted. She said they turn the toaster off at 8:15 and she can?t turn it back on. I saidI can see the on/off switch right there, why would you turn the toaster off at 8:15 when you close at 9 ? She said because noone usually comes after 8:15. I said so what?s the point in staying open until 9 pm then ? She said it?s the bosses decision toturn it off and was rude about it when we told her we want it toasted. It?s like going to Tim hortons and asking for yourtoasted bagel and they say sorry we turned the toaster off and not finding out until after you?ve paid. We wouldn?t have wastedour money here tonight if we had known the toaster was turned off. She could have easily turned it back on as it was off for 5minutes. Their pitas are stale and need to be toasted to be get past the stale part. When they get rolled they fall apart theyare full of holes because the pitas are hard from being stale. Some of the girls that work here too make them so sloppy as soonas you throw a tip in the jar before they make the pita. The owner of this establishment needs to look at these negative reviewsand make a change. I can see I?m not the first person to complain. Read more

As a person who use to work in a pita shop, I know sometimes pitas can be difficult to open and sometimes difficult to roll, but... when the pita isn't fresh or the bags have been left open they're even more terrible to work with. As I stood there watching thegirl open the pita all I was thinking was how it was one I would have tossed out and started again. When it came to rolling thepita, I was tempted to ask if I could do it myself as it was simply tucked in and flipped over... not rolled. After taking myfirst bite, the entire end blew apart and my toppings are all over the place and the pita bread itself was dried out like Isuspected when watching the opening. As an overall experience, I am not impressed. From now on, I'll be grabbing my pitaselsewhere!! Read more

Friendly staff and quick service from my experience. What I expect from Pita Pit. I was a classic club guy for the longest time... but since I've switched to a veggie diet I've been rocking the Falafel. Nice to have a good veggie option that fills me up. Read more
