How long does it take to get a coffee ? 15 minutes so far still waiting. Cars are pretty much waiting on the road took a picture... too ???? Once I got to the window they tell me there is no iced coffee during lunch rush after already waiting not to mention mywrap wasn?t ready, and they had to offer me another drink which wasn?t ready and would take more time so I had to leave withoutanything ???? Called and spoke to the manager worse customer service I?ve received in my life she needs training to servecustomers better ! You don?t hang up on a customer and have them call you back going really you hung up ?! The manager wouldrather argue that I wasn?t there for 15 minutes then to solve the issue at hand. They gave me hot water instead of French vanilla. I drove back to Tim Hortons and the behaviour of the guy on the drive thru was... so bad. He doesn't even know how to say sorry for the mistake he made. He threw that hot water cup in front of my car. Read more

Horrible experience. I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. I watched other cars pick up their orders and they didn't even... order a lot, some people were just getting a drink so I have no idea why it took so long. I thought about leaving the line andgoing inside but I saw other people go inside and wait just as long before they came back out. Not to mention how bad my foodand drink was. They did not fill up my drink all the way, about 1 inch was missing. And there was WAY too much sauce in my wrap.It was so bad! I chatted with some friends about this and they've had similar experiences at this Tim Hortons. What an absolutemess!! Read more

I have been using this location for over 5 years, during that time timing and service were great. Over the past few months+ the... timing in the drive-thru has increased to a 20 - 30 minute wait and miserable employees at the window. I have seen, through thedrive-thru window, employees standing around chit chatting, lollygagging, just no sense of urgency. I am very disappointed withthe service here and will never go again. The manager needs to shake everyone up, or maybe the manager needs replacing, notsure. Read more

Good experience, quick service, clean restaurant. From where I was sitting I could hear staff's entire conversation. Not once... were they unprofessional. The young man training the new girl was fantastic! Read more

My husband remarked the singular poor girl doing counter and sandwiches today (Sun of long weekend) was amazing, but... unfortunately she had no help! She apparently had to ask more than 3x for one of several staff over by drive-thru (some juststanding around, he said) to put my muffin in the microwave for her, and about 5x for someone to take it out - the last havingto be quite loud: "could someone take the muffin out for this gentleman!?!" How many people does it take to make the coffees fordrive thru? She was trying to make the previous customer's sandwich, THEY SHOULD HELP HER!! I'm sure he was about to yell atthem FOR her by that point. PLEASE commend her, she was trying so hard - and tell the others to stop socializing and do theirjobs...!! Read more

After over 20 min in drive thru with only 7 cars ahead of me. The attitude I received at the window was less than gracious to... say the least. I use this Tim?s daily. They used to be the best location in town. Over the past year they have become the worst. I don't know what happened, what... changed, but it's now not unusual to spend 30 minutes in the drive thru lane. A lot of the time they don't have what I want. A lot of the staff I've seen just standing around while it's busy. Just a disaster. Whoever is running this place needs aserious wake up call. Read more
