Didn't they used to put some kind of seasoning on their fries? They don't anymore? Well, the burger was good, my mom loves their... biscuits and gravy, even though I would have sent it back, it was darker than the fried chicken, and by the way she was sawingon it with her fork and knife, it was twice as tough! This was my first visit to Jack's in more years than I care to admit to. However, the service was good. The food is basic... American fast food, cheeseburgers, chicken fingers, etc. The fries had a seasoning on them that made them taste like Cheetos. Ididn't think I'd like it, but it was good. For a quick bite, this is a great place to stop. Read more

I was very surprised. Jack's has never been on my list of places to eat. However, we had a group of 26 youth and adults and... were looking for a good place to eat that could accommodate us. So we gave this place a try and we loved it. The place wasvery clean and the service was very quick with no issues. The food from burgers to shake were delicious. A comment from one ofour adult leads was "we have found our new youth trip food stop". We will return. Read more
The food was good. We had the biscuits and pancake patter. They were quite busy and I was standing at the counter for over 5... minutes before I was even acknowledged. ( I can ubderstand that you are busy but a simple smile goes a long way) Place was notclean. Be sure to check your order! Get a little frustrated with this place because although the food is good, they almost always... forget something leave something out like utensils or something wrong with what you ordered as in it's not there. Again thefood is really good however I'm really tired of having to stop and check everything that I ordered to make sure it's there thatshould be a no-brainer. Read more
