Up in Smoke BBQ is so delicious. We have eaten in and we got them catered for our wedding. Let me tell you the catering was... amazing. I think every guest at our wedding complimented us on how good the BBQ was. They were efficient, polite and seteverything up for us. Wonderful when you are hosting a small wedding. Brisket flavor is mouth watering, the smoke ring is elevated, and the pull was perfection. Pulled pork wasincredibly tender, ribbons of flavor and fit for a king. Mac & Cheese is cheezy and the penne pasta foundation was surrounded bya nice parmesean enhanced white cheese. And the final gotcha is the one-of-a-kind coleslaw. We ordered one of the entree platters that was listed as feeding 2-3 people. It included ribs, sausage, and slaw, and then we... had the option to pick 2 more meats and 2 more sides. We picked pulled pork + brisket for the meats, and mac & cheese + collardgreens for the sides. After a short wait, we were brought the tray shown in the picture. There were 3 barbecue sauces - house,a strawberry habanero, and an espresso infused (sorry to Up in Smoke if I got those wrong!). *Everything* was even better thanI was expecting it to be, and I had high hopes already based on a co-worker telling me his whole family loved the food. I wouldsay my two favorite from the meats were the ribs (great flavor and perfect tenderness), and the sausage, which is probably someof the best I've ever had. From the sides, the slaw was amazing (very little mayo, nice thickness on the veggies, and theperfect amount of tang), and the mac & cheese. We ate enough for dinner that night that we were full, but still had enoughleftovers for lunch the next day. I have a Weber Smokey Mountain charcoal smoker that I use about once a month. I thought Iwas getting pretty good results from it, but my trip here proves that I still have a lot of catching up to do! The two guysworking there (I'm pretty sure were the owners - I don't think I caught their names) were also super friendly. Food is delicious. The baked beans are amazing, they are a blend of different beans. Pick up the bacon, it melts in your mouth... good. Ordered a Club, the pile of meat was enough for 2 sandwiches. Read more
