Every time I order the iced crafted press, I get ice with a little crafted press sprinkled on top. This time I asked for less... ice. Still got way too much ice so I asked them to top it off before drinking it and they said they'd have to make me a new onebecause I grabbed it from them. I felt bad so I scooped the ice out myself and as I'm leaving I was so annoyed that I drove backand asked for a new one. I got this one with less ice like I wanted but filled up 3/4 of the way. If the amount of actual drinkis a set amount (as in so many ounces), please let me know and I'll edit this to 3 stars instead of 1. When I returned, theytold me I had to throw the first one in the garbage myself because I I had touched it. Pretty silly. Might want to teach commonsense. Not off to a great start Hugo Bou. Wonderful location! Literally the cleanest and most modern Caribou we've visited! Spacious, inviting and aestethically pleasing... to the eye. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and patient. The manager is out of this world amazing, friendly, and caring toall patrons. The experience alone is worth it! The drinks are the best you can get. New store so it?s expected there will be mistakes made but every visit I?ve made to this store has been odd. Last time I ordered... a toasted bagel with cream cheese and they threw a cold bagel in a bag and called it a day. This visit, they poured me a wholecup of cold brew which is nice because I got more than I paid for, except it wasn?t cold at all because there was no ice in it.Management needs to tell their staff to take their time because they only hitting at about 80% accuracy here. Will not be returning to this location. I used the mobile app twice this week to order Iced Americanos and specified light ice... each time. The first time I received incredibly heavy ice, and after notifying staff of the error he used a dirty spoon frombehind the counter to remove a large chunk of ice before handing it back to me. There was still a ton of ice in the drink andthe staff didn't care to ask if it was now acceptable, just went on to the next customer. The second time I notified them of theerror, the same staff member removed extra ice by pouring the drink into another cup, then supplemented the extra room by addingmore water. He contaminated my first drink and watered down the next. Highly disappointing experiences. Read more
I have gone through here a few times. They service is great, but every time I try and order the Lumberjack, 6 times so far, they... are always out of it. I understand it's a delicious sandwich. In fact it's my favorite. But I think they should make sure thateveryone can be served what is on the menu. Read more
Just tried this location for the first time. I ordered a Nitro High Rise and a breakfast sandwich. This was the worst coffee... I?ve ever had. I order the same drink at other locations and it?s delicious but this tasted like complete milk. There was alsoregular whipped cream on it instead of the espresso whipped cream it?s supposed to come with. The cheese completely came off thesandwich so it was melted to the paper and inedible and the biscuit was disintegrated. Extremely disappointed with this newlocation. Read more
Workers create their own dysfunction and poor service. Twice I was there and ordered a XL Eggnog Latte Extra Hot an $8 drink.... Order takers did not tell me what my perks were, I had to ask. Both drinks on two days were Not extra hot and neither came withsprinkled nutmeg, I had to ask for it. Staff has some dislike for providing attentive customer service and lacks in providing aquality product. I'll stick to "other" Caribou locations that do offer excellent service and quality. Read more
