7 of us went there to visit after a long time not seeing each other. We asked one girl. Then we asked one guy. The music they... were playing was TOO LOUD. We got NO HELP from either person. Pulled in 5:55pm & drive thru was silent. Pulled to the drive thru window and they were closed. Cashiers still inside. Schedule... on the window says 8pm and LED "open" sign on front door was still ON. Told me they closed earlier "due to the weather" - notsure if they meant snowing in MN and they will reopen in April 2023? Haha :) Roads were perfectly fine at 5pm, no snow storms orany other odd weather conditions not expected in MN in November were present to close early. Read more
Went to drive through to pick up favorite fall treat, pumpkin donuts! Donut were a huge disappointment!! Dry, stale, obviously... made few days ago. Customer service was great, product not so much. Will not go back. Read more
Just one time I would like my order done right it's literally a Ice caramel coffee whipped cream and caramel topping. somehow... someway nobody can ever get it right I end up wasting my money everytime I think I'm actually done with Dunkin.???? Read more
Undertrained teenagers were friendly but did not have it together. The labels were wrong on the doughnuts so I didn't get what I... ordered. They didn't fix the sign, my coffee was cold, my daughter's hot chocolate was watered down. The doughnuts tasted likethey came from a gas station at the end of the day. It wasn't busy when we were there but after we got our purchase theemployees just literally sat on the counters instead of cleaning the floors or tidying up. This location has really turned itself around for the good! Happy to come here now. Drinks taste great, donuts are fresher, and... sandwiches are tasty. Plus the workers seem to be more pleasant now. Great job ???? Read more
Love stopping since we don't have a DD close. Spend $20+ usually... stopped the other day. I ordered 10 jelly munchkins my ???? ... favs. When I looked in the box, guess what? No munchkins... 2 big donuts. Not what I ordered, called and left a nice message toplease get back to me... two days later and still no contact. Very disappointed, not a huge deal but think there should be somecompensation for an incorrect order. Read more
Very disappointing experience. Tried to order 12 hours in advance on the app and the order wouldn't go through. Placed the order... a few hours in advance. It was all set, but minutes before pick up it was cancelled. Placed the order again to receive the wrongdonuts. One dozen of my donuts order did not match what I ordered. In the 2nd dozen sprinkle donuts had halloween sprinkles inNovember. They looked terrible, not appetizing. After expressing my frustration the District Manager sent a very unprofessionalemail. It actually looked like a phishing email. He offered a dozen donuts on my next visit for the "inconvenience", but did notprovide a coupon or a means to redeem. It was a generic response, nothing specific about my experience. Bad service on top ofbad service. If this is how leadership represents, it explains the issues in the store. Read more
