The sandwiches here are excellent, no doubt about it! My only problem is that the employee in the sandwich line that puts the... toppings on, always seems to have a problem with the fact that, I don't want my sandwich, "Mike's Way." Today, when I wastelling him how I wanted my sandwich made, he rolled his eyes at me. Not everyone wants their sandwich, "Mike's Way." Theirsandwiches are much better than Subway, but the people at Subway are happy to make your sandwich with whatever ingredients youwant on top of it. I wish the owner here would tell his employees that customers can have their sandwiches made with whatevertoppings on their sandwiches they want, and also put on however they want. I like my tomatoes right on top of the meat. underthe other ingredients, so they don't slide off the top of the lettuce and out the side while I am trying to eat it. Whenever Iask for them to put the tomatoes on first. They say, do you want it, "Mike's Way?" I say no, put extra tomatoes on top of themeat first. Then they say, do you want it, "Mike's Way" again. What? Are you a robot? You would think that I asked for theirfirst born child or something. It's just crazy! I have been a regular here since they opened the doors and no matter who isputting the ingredients on top of my sandwich, he or she always seems to have a problem with what ingredients, in what oder, Iwant on top of it. It's just weird and uncomfortable ordering there. Today, I was so weirded out by the guy's comments androlling his eyes, I accidentally ordered the vinegar instead of oil on my sandwich, and it totally ruined the taste of it. The sandwich was really good and I enjoyed it for the taste. The service was mediocre and very slow. I had been waiting for a... while when others had came in and got their sandwiches or sandwich before me even though I had been waiting for nearly twentyminutes. Which is absolutely ridiculous, I have never had to wait that long before and even my friend told me when doordashingthat it's never been that long of a wait. Get yourselves together. Read more

I'm not one to jump the gun and leave a bad reviews but after multiple poor experiences at this location enough is enough. Some... of the employees have a chronic bad attitude and it shows in the final product. This is the second time I've ordered a #8 onlyto not receive mayo or bacon on it and this time no oregano either when I requested Mike's way. Like ok, I shouldn't have toremind the employees to put may or bacon on it, as it is included on the menu for that sub, and it is their job to know how tomake the menu items properly. It really creates a lackluster sub and very disappointing when paying $10 for a sandwich and theyask for a tip automatically as well. I am a big fan of Jersey Mikes but not this piticular location. I have gotten subs from here on probably 6 occasions and more... often then not I have received poor customer service or my order was incorrect. The last time was Tuesday evening when Iordered a #7 and a #8 and a kids meal. They made two #7?s instead if a #8 and made them exactly the same which was with lettuceand pickles. I did not want two identical subs. When I asked about it the staff was extremely rude and just wrapped the sub upand gave it to me without fixing my order. Instead of arguing with them and taking up more time as the line was to the door Idecided to just leave. Staff was extremely friendly, but that was negated when I was handed a sub with someone else?s name on it. I asked the three... line staff are you sure this is the right sub and they all assured me it was. They were so sure they offered to cross the wrongname off and write the correct one. I should?ve known better than to take their word for it and unwrapped it to check myself butthey seemed confident. Get home and sure enough it?s wrong. Called the manager to let them know, he offered me a free sub whichI turned down. I instead asked that they just pay better attention to detail to prevent this issue happening to someone else. Quick service, nice people, yummy sandwich. Had the 7 with Mike's way with Mayo. Left satisfied.

The food is very good. I just don?t understand why the franks red hot sauce was everywhere outside my sandwich. I couldn?t even... pick up the sandwich without getting it everywhere on my hands. I know Jersey mikes subs can get a little sloppy but usuallynever this bad!I also asked for pickles on the side and never got them. Hopefully they get better over time..?
