Cracker Barrell is definitely an okay choice for an affordable dine in meal option with children, family or friends. They have... something for everyone although I wish they'd offer a turkey sausage or bacon besides the current spicy chicken sausage. Theylimit breakfast meat options for those who don't eat pork and not everyone wants a spicy sausage. The waits are extremely longand the hostess area to check in which is arranged in the retail area is very chaotic and makes wanting to visit ratherdiscouraging. The waitresses are often overwhelmed and shows in the service they provide. The peach tea and biscuits, however,is deelish and definitely pulls me in, although, my biscuits were never brought out as listed and peach tea wasn't available atmy last visit. I would visit again but planning in advance and maybe finding times that are less busy is best to possibly have abetter experience. Read more

The worst experience I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. Food: My chicken tenders were cold and hard as a rock. The ?steamed?... broccoli was more like fresh broccoli. No way it was steamed. I had to ask for biscuits and corn bread 4 times in a span of 25minutes until the server brought it. They brought old biscuits, no cornbread, no jelly. I left pretty much my entire meal thereto get thrown away. I never send stuff back, and can usually eat most food, but this was disgusting. Service: Female (maybeKayla) server didn?t come by to check if we needed anything. We had to flag down a male server to even get our check. Bathroom:The bathroom was disgusting. Cheesecake pancakes were a success. The second day as leftovers it still was amazing. Very sweet and basically a dessert for... dinner experience and filling. Happy with the food, made sure to put my name down for a table online 30 minutes before arrivingand were able to get in with no problem. Highly recommend doing this as there is a wait. The NEW Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes are good and all, but it didn't come with strawberries and powdered sugar like the app said.... Today is the second time I ordered curbside and received cold food after waiting 25+ minutes after I parked out front. I'msorry, but I don't recommend curbside orders at this location at all. Especially when I place the order so far in advance toprevent my lunch hour from being cut short. Otherwise, they're food is fairly consistent when it comes to dining in. Read more

We ate breakfast here after our flight from BWI. They cooked the meal well done to my liking. My only complaint, the temperature... of the food isn't hot enough. We actually love their gift shop more than the food. I would still dine their again, but ask themto serve it hotter. Read more

Cracker Barrel is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at. Our kids love shopping, playing games, and enjoy the food. In the... most recent visits at this location we have noticed I downward spiral in service. My family had the worst experience tonight.There was no kid menus. We received rolls and tater tots and did not get extra plates. Our mashed potatoes had something stringyhair like in it, ham was super thin, and there was no tarter sauce with the fish. Our server never came to the table afterreceiving our meal, so there was no way in resolving any of these issues. We also had to teach down our sever forrefills. After dinner I stopped in the restroom to find there was only one stall available and no paper towels. It was onething after another. I found the manager on our way out to let him know. He didn?t even look me in the eye and started walkingaway as I was talking. I found this completely disrespectful. I was very disappointed in the waitress and service. Maybe she was New or just confused. My Husband ordered Pinto beans... (distasteful) then ask waitress for Greens, didn?t receive until we ask for the Floor manager for the bill and carry outcontainer. I ask for Gravy with my Burger, waited five minutes to get that. Overall we didn?t have to wait to be seated. No longline. We will not return to that Location. Read more
