I ordered for the first time through UberEats and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the 20 boneless wings and the garlic... parmesan was SO FREAKIN GOOD!!! Most people complain about the fries being well done however I prefer my fries a bit on thecrispy side so it was a win for me. Would definitely order from here again as long as they are consistent! Ordered through DoorDash as I was in from out of town. The order was completely wrong. Clearly it was not my order. Wrong... quantity, wrong product, no sauces, wrong drink. Called DoorDash to fix this and they said the restaurant told them they weretoo busy to make the order right. How?s that for horrible customer service? Placed an order, the order was wrong. Ordered 11 piece ranch wings with pineapple teriyaki sauce. We got 7 wings with no sauce... and no seasoning. We asked to get our order fixed and they said they were too busy to fix it. Literally. This is what they said.We are now trying to get a refund but they are being so difficult. After being on the road all day with 2 kids, we just wanted something warm in our bellies. We waited over a half hour from our... time that the food should?ve been ready, they told us that the kitchen was super backed up which is totally understandable butour food was ice cold when we got it, there?s barely any sauce on the wings, the fries are soggy and we didn?t even get any ofthe dipping sauces that we paid extra for. People give this brand a hard time because they are ran out of a major chain. It's hard to find a decent wing at a decent price... in Maryland. This place hits the marks for both price and taste. Decent size and great selection of sauces and rubs. Are they a10, no. But they are mostly solid. I say mostly because we've had a couple orders that were subpar, but those orders areincreasingly rare. Give them a shot, but don't expect award-winning wings. I don't think you will be disappointed. We ordered a bunch of wings last night and they were disappointing. The Cajan wasn't spicy at all, but the garlic Parm was.
