Orders are never right, have had to go back to get food that wasn't put in bag. New girl was yelled at by Manager over incorrect... order, he got the order wrong too. Read more

Very Long wait due to short staff. The food was hot and fresh and the workers were very kind.

Did not get everything that was ordered. Had to repeat several times what we was ordering. Did not get a receipt to be able and... get what was ordered and not given. They will not answer the phone at all. They can only take one order at a time, you literallywait to order till the car at the window is gone and sometimes that exceeds 10min. It?s never warm. The oil needs changed allthe fry?s are a dark brown. Linton, IN location is the worst service you could ever get. Read more

Good luck getting everything you order. The last 4 times in a row we have been shorted on our order. If you order to go make... sure you completely go through the list of what you purchased and find everything they shorted you before you even leave thecounter. This store has really went down hill since the whole Fauci flu. Read more

We tried to dine in, came to Wendy's at 512 pm on a Friday. Doors locked no note on any doors telling us why there was no... inside dinning. We were not the only people that tried to open the front doors. They had at least 4 other cars in the parkinglot that tried the door. Nothing. If your short staffed then put a note on the door and say that. We ended up going downsomewhere else. Moral of the story...communication between staff and paying customers goes a long way. Read more
