Asked about the special on thier large sandwiches..ex big mac.quarter pounder exc and was told there weren't any..2 days in a... row.i even said i just watched the commercial...AGAIN.told them what the special was..and was again told sorry no specials..assoon as I got home the ad ran again..so I call and emailed their customer service.no one ever got back to me...not to mentionthere is always a wait..not enough. I had to try the adult happy meal and it was good but over priced and didn't even have the boxes but I got the toy I wanted.
So I had gotten doordash last night. My partner orded it. It was late, like around 10 PM. And we didn't feel like going out. We... were simple. My partner got a cheeseburger and 10 piece nuggets. I Just got a large fry. A large coke. And a plain burger(notoppings, like ketchup, cheese, etc). Now I normally don't get burgers from McDonalds. Because normally they don't know what aplain burger is, and put all the toppings, unless I say I'm allergic. But I was craving a burger. Anyway my food arrived. And iate my fries first. I drank the coke, and by this time, time had passed and my partner was fast asleep. I opened the wrapper tothe burger to check and see if it had toppings on it(cause when it does, i give it to someone else). And come to find out therewas no patty. Just two pieces of bread. I don't know if this was an employees way of quitting, or if someone was tired(which isunderstandable, but if you're messing up on orders, due to lack of sleep, please get more sleep). I'm just appalled at how theycan't seem to understand what people mean by plain burger. Read more
Taking order was fast but took 10 mins for me to get food. Then made it 5 mins to my destination and it was cold, missing the... biscuit and the eggs were disgusting!! Ordered from this location before and it was perfect! Won't be returning. Read more
As a police officer, it is nice to find a place that I trust not to mess with my food (spit in it, get items wrong, etc). This... is one such place. The people here are always very friendly with us and with all of their customers from what I've seen. Therestaurant is clean, the service is quick, and the food is made well with order accuracy being a priority. Thank you McDonald's,and thank you to these employees for serving the community. They like to close at 2:00 in the morning for some reason and lie to you that their system broke. one week straight though, it... only shuts down at 2:00 in the morning everyday, they don't want to work. Not a 24-hour McDonald's at all. Very disappointed. Read more
