When I ordered a cake, they put it in a box that was too small. It crushed the designs that were requested. The cake was so dry... that we ate 2 slices & were done with it. The icing may have saved it, but it stained the people's teeth that did eat it. Theircookies are better, but after the cake.. I don't think we'll be back. Huge disappointment. Read more
I think this place is great. Nice staff, friendly owner and the food is great. They are the only place close that serves... espresso and for awhile they only offered two flavors, but now they finally offer my flavor of choice which makes this placeawesome. They also have a gluten free Friday which is great for me, hopefully in the future they will bring in more bread typeGF items along side pastries like sandwich breads, bagels, etc. Read more
This is a Texas treasure! Very unique restaurant and gift shop serving fresh homemade pastries, cakes and pies. Has a... traditional breakfast menu with the best waffles you will ever taste. For the coffee lovers there is the barista. My favoriteis the Texas Pecan! Owner and staff are always checking on you and making sure your needs are meet. Read more
My son and I love this place . The food is delicious you can?t go wrong with anything. All of the baked goods are fresh, tasty ,... pretty. Owner and employees are very kind and attentive. It's a hidden gem when driving through a town I have never been. Originally we were looking at BBQ but walked in here when we... saw bakery. Overall, the food is very good. The banana bread was dry (this is a time I will want to say this word - moist is howI would like cakes and breads not dry so that was disappointing). The staff is friendly, and the place is decorated very cuteand has a country rustic feel to it. Even though I was charged twice on a few items they were nice and quick to refund andapologize for the mistake so always ask for a receipt. The biscuit is awesome, and I would eat them all day long. This wonderful little eatery is a great place to stop for lunch. They have plenty of parking and can accommodate several trucks... with horse trailers or as in our case, truck and travel trailer! The ham and spinach quiche was creamy and and paired perfectlywith the jalapeño soup of the day. Hubby had the chicken salad sandwich with the soup and loved it. We walked away with asampler dozen of the many cookie options available! You should definitely eat at the bent bucket bakery! Hurry because they areonly open until 3:00pm! Read more
What an unexpected experience! My daughter spotted Bent Bucket Bakery on our gps and asked to go there, we are glad we did. The... friendliest attendants answered our every question and they even let our children peek into the bakery and kitchen. We enjoyedthe atmosphere, the hot cappuccino, cookie and brownie.
