Staff very nice. But they need some help in the kitchen. The last time I was here my food was cold. They took it back n warmed... it up. How is this happening especially in a pandemic? Talked to manager who was very hands on n very nice by the way. Today Icame in for dinner I asked please make sure my food is fresh n not cold. Well it was cold as I don't know what mash potatoescold n stuff corn was cold n old my chicken was Luke warm. Please get it together. Read more

The food is fine for the Chili's establishment, the problem I have found with the Lisbon location is their lack of attention... they give to the customers. Every time I happen to come to the Lisbon location for food, I have an attention problem. Eitherthey forget to give you utensils, forget to bring you drinks, forget to bring all of your food, or just plain forget you arethere. Attended this establishment at least a dozen times since they opened, all but maybe twice did I actually have a greatexperience there. Honestly, the Montville location is better than Lisbon. Chili's Grill & Bar has some of the best Mexican Food around and despite Chili's being a chain restaurant I say that it's always... worth going here if you're craving something absolutely delicious. Of course there are also many local restaurants who can offeryou other great tastes, just not any Mexican themed ones! Read more

For over a decade I have very much enjoyed the Chili's Grill & Bar in Lisbon, CT. There was once an excellent bartender named... Rich who worked there for years and served patrons in the bar area with an impeccable level of professionalism and friendliness.Trust me when I say his absence is felt of late. The past two or three times I've gone there I have had a very outgoing butoverwhelmed bartender who works very hard to take care of customers at the bar. But the fact that she is overwhelmed there isclearly a symptom of poor management and customer service standards. I encountered that ineptitude this evening when as a longtime Rewards member, which is typically a seamless process to take advantage of, the bartender ended up dealing with a problemputting through a specific reward and consulted with the manager. He came out several minutes later rather irritable and said heunderstood I "had a problem with the bill-" we had simply been having a problem with the promotion registering properly as I hadJUST ORDERED! He insisted on seeing the QR code on my phone and remarked that I "hadn't selected it." I informed him that I hadin the app and that his bartender had entered everything into the tabletop kiosk. He continued in this condescending tone withme and I told him to cancel the entire order as I had no further interest in dining there. I had mentioned already to thebartender that I had a trying day moving and was in some pain and simply wanted to relax and get something to eat. I even said Iwould overpay just to put the thing to rest and be left to eat in peace. While I was certainly losing my cool, the manager wasactively baiting me and I agreed to leave when he said my "bill was paid." His arrogance has cost Chili's of Lisbon a longtimeand generally a very congenial and happy customer. Wait staff was the only good thing. Food was wrong. Food was cold. Food was cooked on a dirty griddle. Management doesn?t now... how to manage. Management needs to have their kitchen cleaned. Bugs flying around. Food was sloppy sloppy sloppy. Horribleexperience and I will never subject my family to this horrible place again. Always coming back for their Sizzling plates, love the food and atomosphere. Food is serve within 15 mins on average, drinks are... fairly priced and seasonal. I come back her fairlt often, there is just something about their cheesy sausage on their sisslingmenu that gets my stomach grumbling. Read more

Awful!! Don't order Doordash for your meal. I ordered a 10oz steak, extra shrimp, extra asparagus, and extra garlic butter. I... received a 5oz steak, flat and well done, no garlic butter, esparagas had no flavor just cooked and 5 shrimp not 12. Ontop ofbeing cold. I went the same night and ordered the same dinner to prove to the manager they DO NOT give you the same meal as youwould get if you ordered out. The manager had no words !!! Read more
