This owner owns at least 3 Dunkin in the area. And he regularly keeps this location understaffed and without ingredients. I sat... in the drive thru watching the clock, and was not helped or spoken to for 5 minutes before I drove off! The owner needs toaddress all of these problems! Read more
Never got service I entered the store already knowing what I want but the staff didn't service me. They saw me but, never... serviced me. Instead the woman at the register was counting money while the other younger woman was on her phone and the guy waswalking around looking bored. I waited 10 minutes before leaving. If you have time and patience go ahead and try there but Iwon't be going there ever again. Read more

I purchased black coffee...chuckys in lisbon..and in line overheard someone saying not cleaning machines right. Also when i... drove away...my coffee had cream and sugar...i cant have sugar ...tried to call multiple times....no answer....rang over 20times each call. Also many worker wear masks as a chin ornanents...why bother....update....went in to complain...was toldmanager would call....NEVER HAPPENED...you have to wonder if any part is run correctly Read more
They never get my coffee correct. I drink decaf and 2xs they gave me regular. Those two days were horrible. I drink decaf for a... reason. The red headed Kinda with freckles will lie straight to you face. I now go elsewhere. Read more

Slowest Dunkin around. Went through drive through and it took 10 min to get up the window. All I had was a power breakfast... sandwich. Got the window paid for my sandwich and then they started cooking it right after I paid for it. I said I have to gothe girl said it?s cooking bra. So I drove away. People do not have time to wait in line, especially already getting there with15min to spare. Read more
