Went today and ordered a small chicken Caesar salad for me and a flatbread pizza for my son. He also ordered a mango smoothie. I... was told they had no chicken breast but I could have dark meat chicken. That?s fine. Well he was given a banana smoothie. Andmy salad had three croutons and two 1 inch cubes of chicken. Filthy. 1 pm on a Monday and every available table has got food, crumbs or a sticky surface. Even the tables that were wiped... have a sticky residue. Lots of debris on the floors. Patrons have to clean their own tables just to sit down to eat. Read more
When I come in Way more pleasant. Than other Panera Breads. Great service. Very quiet. Got everything exactly how I... wanted. Like coming here during Covid, busy but not inside with people sitting down. So my friends and I can sit and literallyhave no one around us and enjoy friend Time. Saw the manager today and was impressed because hes cleaning and organizing andmaking sure his customer are happy. Don't see that usually. So I told him hes doing a good job. 2nd time here. 1st, raw chicken. This time.. I was so hungry and I can't eat anything but a cold piece of bread. SO much... horseradish whatever in my steak and cheddar. I took 2 bites and I cant. Had a very healthy lunch with my daughter. I ordered the mediterranean bowl and she ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup.
Wish I could give 0/5 stars on this experience. Ordered ahead using the app. 2 sandwiches, frontega chicken and bbq chicken.... Arrived, stood inside as I watched the staff stand around chatting (was not busy at all). I saw my order in the bag on theshelf, gave my name, asked for it... no sense of urgency whatsoever. Took another 10min to get it, tear off a piece of a coldFrench baguette and toss that in. Went out to car and checked the food, not labeled at all. I go to Panera quite a bit. This is just to suggest that the Lisbon, CT Panera open at 7 or 7:30 am so people can get their... coffee, etc. before work. It used to be. Hours are 8-8 currently. Should be 7-7 or 7:30-7:30. Read more
