Went to order a Frappuccino, and told me that they can?t, cause they were closing early at 4. At this time it was 3:50. But the... person before just got one. I don?t understand why? If it?s because your breaking down a machine, it should be done after thestore is closed. I think this something a owner would not be happy with, because now your just losing money. Ridiculous!! Even though I'm pretty sure the employees work directly for Target, I usually end up with the same employees every time, which... is a good thing. They are all friendly and chat if the customer is interested in chatting. They are professional and they workwell with each other. A lot of their customers are fellow Target associates, and you can tell they are a close knit team. Myonly regret is that as Target employees, they can't be tipped. I would tip them if I could. Occasionally they run out of a keyingredient to make a drink, but are willing to work with you to make something similar if they are able. Overall, they provide apositive Starbucks experience. Gurl was ALL resentful she had to brew a pot of DECAF for a CARDIAC patient. (It's SUNDAY MORNING......MAKE DECAF EARLY DOLT.)... Took TEN MINUTES to get my coffee, and it was FULL OF GROUNDS. IF YOU CAN'T BREW COFFEE, HOW YOU A BARISTA???? GIVE IT UP DOLL. Read more
Was shopping in Target in Lisbon. I'm new to Starbucks. They recommended a yummy white mocha iced latte and I have gone ever... since. Pretty fast service, and at times they are busy. However I find it's not a bad wait. Read more
Noah waited on me, I was there to get a Java chip frapp and chocolate croissant for my daughter who was home sick and didn?t... want to eat much but wanted that. I said I was going to use stars so he asked if I wanted a larger size since the stars wouldcover that. I said no, since it was for a 10 yr old who was sick and just didn?t need that much sugar. He then explained hewould make it without the caffeine as well, which I didn?t even know was a thing. I then ordered the pastry she asked for. Whenhe scanned what was left on my Starbucks card after the stars , I still had a balance, no problem, I reached for my debit cardhe said hold on we have change here people leave and we can?t take tips. He then applied 1.20 to my balance. It may seem smallto someone else, but it was huge to me after the week we had. We lost my grandmother on Tuesday, and my daughter is sick rightnow. Apple Coffee was horrible. I threw it in the garbage after one sip. Please , if a customer asks for sugar , just add sugar. She... told me the syrup was sweet. It was disgusting. Read more
