Consistently good food, drinks, and service. Bolder offers a great core menu with rotating weekly specials and a broad selection... of desserts (try the bread pudding - you won't regret it) and after dinner drinks. Highly recommend the crispy brussel sproutsappetizer, the "bold fashioned," and the salmon with seasonal risotto. The beef medallions and cornbread crusted chicken neverdisappoint, but always happy to try something new. Truly never a bad experience at Bolder! Read more
Went here with a group of 12 for a birthday brunch. We made a reservation and were immediately seated. Our server Cheryl did... an amazing job. She was friendly and so accomodating. The food and drinks were great and the prices were reasonable. Highlyrecommended. Read more
This was our first time eating at this restaurant. It was recommended to us by some other patrons during a wine tasting at a... nearby winery. Food was great & our waitress was nice. Love the avocado egg rolls! The start of the experience was less thanpleasant. We were polite & told the hostess we were ok with waiting for a table since we didn?t have a reservation?-not aproblem for us. However, the manager was a nasty, waxen woman. She told our waitress to make we were served & out within anhour as we were being seated. Really???!!!!!!! We took our time & made sure she saw us eating very slowly. She made sure weweren?t offered any dinner rolls as she stomped around the restaurant. On the way to hiking, randomly stopped by after seeing an exit sign, really glad we did. Clean tasting fresh food. We had the... avocado burger, coconut shrimp, fried green tomatoes crab cake, and fried zucchini. Wonderful food and pleasant atmosphere.Adult beverages were great too. Will return again. My first time at Bolder and the food was amazing. Service was excellent and so were the drinks. The only downside I would say is... the Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee didn't have any actual Vanilla Bean. It was still a great dessert. I would highly recommend thisplace to anyone looking for a lay back place but a meal that taste like its fine dining with out breaking the bank. Read more
This will probably become our new fave restaurant. Got the Shrimp Bolder app; Shrimp & Grits and Bistro Steak Medallions were... our entrées, then an Irish Bomb Cake for dessert (seasonal offering). Holy Moly, every dish was delicious and service wassuperb (Kudos to Kevin, our awesome server)! We can't wait to come back and bring some friends and family. Read more
Our daughter has a gluten allergy and ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. Sadly they served her a regular bun! Thankfully... she only had a few bites before figuring it out. Ellie was not very sympathetic when the waitress and I brought it to herattention! She was rude about it and asked if we needed to call 911? Possibly the staff needs to be trained on what is anemergency and what is not! This is an emergency in a different way! We will not be returning and I will pass on that they arenot carefully when dealing with food allergies! Read more
