The last week I?ve been extremely disappointed with the lack of food in the warmer and they never have coffee ever so don?t even... try. Absolutely pathetic, I?ve also seen workers out side smoking with a parking lot full of people. Bad staff bad environmentlost a customer. Read more
Horrible service. The last 3 pizzas I have ordered they didn't have them right. I ordered a custom pizza with 4 toppings when I... got home and ate a piece it only had onions and extra cheese. ???? They forgot the meat????. The next pizza I ordered was thesame 4 toppings. When I stopped to pick them up they made 2 pizzas one with pepperoni only and the other with my other 3ingredients. I refused to pay for their mistake. They kept the pepperoni pizza, but still charged me for a 4 ingredient pizzawhen there was only 3 toppings on it.????. The last pizza I ordered was not even started when I stopped to pick it up. Mind youthat I had ordered it 35 minutes before and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Thought it was a pretty good place. Staff was friendly & the place is still new.
I was very promptly and politely greeted by an employee named John. He seemed to be the only employee working and was taking out... the garbage when i pulled up but he quickly sprinted inside to authorize my gas pump. Once inside I was greeted by a politesmile and an upbeat young man. I went to use the restroom (which had a mop bucket outside) and was surprised to find thecleanest bathroom that I have ever encountered at a Casey's. I don't write reviews usually but i felt that this guy earned one!I will be back. Read more
Pizza wait 45 minutes after ordering pizza the pizza was npt cooked right and tjere were only 2 staff. This is not the first... time thos has happened we had to wait 2 hours for a order of 1 pizza and bread sticks. The wait just to talk to someone toacknowledge us including tje crpwd of 6 waoting was 30 minutes. Read more
We ordered two pizzas by the phone, we arrived to pickup our pizza they said we must have ordered them from the Oakes store, we... hadn't they employee lied to me to cover his mistake. Making a mistake is human, lying to me can't be tolerated. We won't beback, not gas or anything else. Read more
