Ordered today and got to the window and had to tell the poor guy 3 times what we ordered and we were still given the wrong... coffee and donuts. Possibly not his fault, seemed new but? The donut is blueberry not pumpkin. What if I was allergic toblueberry? This REALLY could have been an issue. Get your stuff together before someone gets hurt!!! Read more

It is Friday morning 8-19-22 6:08Am and I am currently sitting outfront watching 2 workers walk around and look at the drive... through line and the people out front and smile and walk off doors are locked they are Not taking orders or anything. Wednesday morning went through the drive through no service, drove around went back through yup there were two women in there... still no service .my husband said I'll go in well the women thought it was there break time they were eating donuts and makingbreakfast sandwiches for them shelfs. All I wanted was a frozen coffee. Well I was three minutes late for work not good I'mnever late. These women need to be told customers come first. It's not there break time at five in the morning. Went there ordered a medium iced decaf caramel latte with whole milk and whipped cream.. she hands me a medium coffee? told her... it was suppose to be a latte so she makes me a plain latte.. no matter what time of day I go there they always mess the orderup? what is so freaking hard about getting orders correct Read more
Each time I visit this location there is somone at the window who has no customer service skills whatsoever. Like I'm bothering... them. When somone says hello, at least respond. Maybe even smile. I know it's hard to find help right now, but I'm sure there issomeone out there who would be polite to customers for the pay you give them. Read more
I went today ordered 1 hot chocolate the hot chocolate tasted like absolutely just watered down chocolate. It took me 10 mins to... get from the speaker to the window and when I got to the window couldn't even get my order right I said my name on the orderthey walked away then came back whats the name on the order. The coffee was what I ordered. Staff was unorganized and not happy to be at work. Could have been a better experience.
