"Pretty good food, bad staff attitude". The sandwiches were good and mostly correctly made. I ordered online, arrived a few... minutes after the estimated ready time and they still had to make them. However, it was during the lunch rush so that'sunderstandable. What's not understandable was the sour attitude from the staff. I wasn't angry, I smiled, said "thank you" and"please", was polite etc. They were NONE of that, at all. If someone has to wait, the least you can do is be polite. I was thereon a sunday around noon 7th november. Again, i know how crazy it can get during the lunch rush, but basic customer serviceshould be standard everywhere. There's a Jimmy Johns and a Boss Dawgz (really good hot dogs) right down the street where theyhave always been polite and professional. So 4 marks for the sandwich and 1 for the service. Got the Kahana sub to eat in. It was delicious as usual. Jersey Mike's is my go to sub shop. Service was great the manager and... staff were very friendly and funny. I did order the chicken Kahana and they cooked me a steak Kahana instead but it's all good.It was delicious. All the tables were a bit dirty they should wipe down every once in a while for dine in customers. Read more

Most incompetent and rude staff I?ve ever experienced at an establishment with young kids who have no work ethic and seem to be... very entitled. why every single time I call to place an order or order online they can?t even find an order placed! Then when Iget there they take an additional 10 min to start the order. Then when I mention my displeasure with the slow movement they?revery rude and unprofessional. I expect some answers from management or ownership because until then I?m never going to be cominghere again and will advice everyone I know including my work staff to never come here for lunch again. Horrible establishment, it's not hard to make a sandwich and if u can't do that u should quite. Try being nice. Who ever owns... this business should be ashamed to have his name on it this place he's giving Jersey Mike's a bad name. If I could givenegative stars I would. Shame on this place. Read more

Ordered catering from here 2 weeks ago. Ordered 12 sandwiches, each one different. They didn't make the veggie I ordered at all,... and they gave us SIX #5's. Ridiculously inaccurate order. We had guests with food limitations go hungry at our event. Emailedcustomer service, got nothing. UPDATE - The manager was gone for two weeks, then blamed me for not contacting him early enoughto get a refund. He then argued with me about the amount of the refund. Never go to this location. SECOND UPDATE - The regionalmanager Brittany stepped up and made things right, I was very happy with how she handled the situation. Who knew a cateringorder could be so complicated? What a saga. Ordered thru the app for 11:51 pick up. Arrived 11:52 and told order which was one sub wasn't ready. I proceeded to wait while 5... walk in customers and three online customers were serviced while I waited by the pick up sign at the counter. I finally gotinto the walk in line and at 12:08 and when it was my turn I said I ordered thru the app, gave my name, and said if it's notready I want my money back. The worker looked and found my order and handed it to me. I told him I asked for my order 15 minutesago and was told no and it's inefficient for whomever does the online packing of orders to just place them behind the counterand not inform the cashier or the customer it's ready. All they had to do was yell out the first name with each order as it wascompleted. When I left and looked at my ticket it said it was picked up at 11:52. Total joke. Read more

Because online orders are ALWAYS goofed up, we changed to in person ordering only. That is no longer an option either. The... staff/process is all wrong. We waited 20 minutes for our food AFTER ordering. Our mistake was ordering a hot sandwich...it is ablack hole of confusion, missing orders and bad communication. Got home only to find we got the wrong sandwich. Trulyincredible how hard it is to get what you order from this place. Read more

Forget this place for delivery.....off the list. They can't read an order ticket, and their customer service is THE WORST. We... ordered 4 sandwiches for delivery online. Three showed up, and one of the three was made wrong. We live local and were very busy that night - so we had them deliver it . Mind you, I did pay for a delivery fee. We discovered the order was shorted andwrong so we immediately tried to call. Well, after 20 minutes of them NOT picking up the phone I drove over there. When I gotin I explained, and they tried to give me the (hot at the time of ordering) sandwich that I had ordered/ was left behind. Isaid no f'n way, that sandwich is at least :30 minutes old, please make me a new one. After some fussing, they agreed to make anew sandwich. I then had them remake the other sandwich that was made wrong as well. I further explained my frustration, as Ihad tried to call them for 20 minutes and that they didn't pick up their phone. No response. I paid a delivery fee, and had todrive over there to have them redo stuff, nothing again! Not an apology, nothing. They need some serious retraining. Howabout a coupon? How about refunding my delivery? Jersey Mike's just has some BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was like all theemployees there were irresponsible space cadets, they were more focused on talking to their friends that stopped in the store. If you live in Lisle, go to Jimmy Johns on Ogden.
