I went to this location to get a hot tea and the young girl that took my order -first was super friendly. Second when I came to... window she asked me if I was feeling sick, that she could tell and when she brought me my tea(which she insisted to her coworkerto bring it to me) and told me she hoped I felt better soon and it was honestly the sweetest thing and only person today thatasked how I was feeling and concerned. I used the mobile app to order ahead because i was in a hurry. I ordered pumpkin cream cold foam and they gave me... vanilla....unfortunately I was in a hurry and did not have time for them to correct it. Unfortunately this is not the first,second or third time they have messed up my order. Their drive through also takes 20 minutes to get through even if there isonly a few cars in front of you. I gave 3 stars because the baristas are friendly. I might just have to start making my coffeeat home. Read more
Came to the drive thru on 9/19 around 530 in the afternoon/evening on my way to a rehearsal. I had already picked up dinner... knowing it would run late. The young guy in the window gave me my cup of ice no problem, but half-tossed the ethos into my hand,before it bounced and cracked the drink in my cup holder clean in half and I had to clean up about 20 oz of soda that I hadbought elsewhere. By no means a reflection of Starbucks as a whole but this struck me as careless and it was an inconvenience. Read more
The atmosphere, building, and quality are all superb. Nice lighting and furniture. However, this location has some pretty poor... luck. A colleague of mine and I came to meet some people, and 5-6 were all no-shows. One has to wonder if it's the location. Read more

Great staff and of course the coffee (Peppermint Mocha) was great, however so disappointed when I removed the lid on my coffee... cup to find it was only 3/4 full. Expect more when paying a premium for Starbucks. Read more
Normally this Starbucks is quick and concise with orders. The drive thru has been not so great the past few times I've been... though. Today my order was wrong. I order pretty simple items. My usual is a grande nitro cold brew with sweet cream. Today Ireceived a regular cold brew. Nothing too heinous but disappointing. I was in the drive thru lane for almost 20 minutes before Icould even order. Read more
The staff here are always ON IT! Your order is ready quickly, and the staff are friendly (even when it is early). The drive thru... itself is convenient and easy to get to. Even if there is a line, it tends to move quickly. A top tier Starbucks experience! Read more
