Alright the food here is what you expect from taco bell maybe a little below average. But my huge issue is my wife can't have... dairy to the point of it being deadly if enough is consumed. So we ordered her food very specifically so it wouldn't have dairy,everything seemed ok at first but sure enough they covered it in sour cream. This was one of the times I wish I could have wentback and thrown it in their face but we were a decent distance away and it was late. People need to start paying attention. Read more

Super nice employees! I was accidentally charged for someone else's order in the drive-thru (I think someone drove out of line... perhaps?) -no problem. They apologized, refunded the difference to my card (immediately, not 3-5 business days later ???? )and I got my noms. Totally not their fault and all was well. Read more
Little slow for fast food took 7 minutes for the order to come out right and there was no one in the store but me and the... employees and three people in the Drive-Thru who were waiting for food and it took them 12 minutes to get their order for eachone of them three twelve or 24 so almost a half hour for three orders plus mine 35 to 40 minutes for for customers to have theirfood come out properly and then to have it checked and rechecked it's supposed to be fast food fast food is anywhere between 3to 7 minutes when placing an order I have reported this to the corporate office of Market Force which I am a member of and I amone of the customer service representatives for Market Force which is the company that does mystery shopping or secret shoppersfor the network of KFC colors and a few other stores in the DuPage County area Read more

Poor service, worse management. These guys will try to steal and over charge your card and when you ask to see your receipt will... not give it to you. They tried it in me 3 times in the last month. Don?t go here Read more
