Ordered a bowl and I was surprised how small the portions were, specifically the sides (lettuce, tomatoes, peppers etc). I... actually asked the attendant for more and the total amount was quite small. The bowl itself was half full. Most competitors,Guac, freshi etc usually fill the bowl so it touches the top lid. I am a burrito fanatic. barBURRITO has risen above the other guys in the last cpl years and this location is a perfect example... of why. This BarBurrito is one of my favourite spots to go in the town! They have delicious food and the staff are wonderful. The owner... is extremely personable and strives to support the community. It is apparent that he values a sense of community. I simply lovetheir food. I always get good service there. The place is always clean and the staff members are always nice. It wasn't ready at pickup time but it is usually worth it. I ordered online and under special instructions l asked for only 6... chunks of fresh jalepeno but l had 2 or 3 in every mouthful. I suffer from Lupus and it has left my mouth burnt and sore and lcouldn't even find enough lettuce and sour cream to cool it down. I ate less than half. I'm not sure sure I'll be trying again. First time trying the food here. Watching them make it was pretty cool, very friendly staff were helpful explaining what was... going on my burrito, even recommended what went good or not with it. Unfortunately I found a chunk of plastic in mine which wasdisappointing however I know sometimes these things happen. The guy was nice about it, removed and inspected the food it mayhave came from right away and gave me a refund. He handled the situation very well. What I did get to eat was very good. Place was SUPER BUSY, but for a new restaurant the staff handled it with ease! Even with ten people ahead of us we still ordered... and received our food in a very reasonable amount of time. As for quality, it's worth the money, portions are large, veggies areall fresh and crispy. Will definitely be back! Read more
