I?ve had such good F&C from your... restaurant in the past and I?m so glad you were able to find a solution to the batter problem. Everyone of us needs to learn andwe learn by making errors. Certainly wasn?t of the quality that I?ve experienced herepreviously. The batter was so thick it was repulsive. I only ate a small portion last night. Huge piece of fish though. Heatedin oven tonight and ended up throwing most in the garbage. Felt like I was eating a thick pancake. New cook by any chance?
