The young girl with the hickeys running the tile was very rude to a lady with her two young sons when the lady got her order to... go she said to the rude girl does this two peice meal not come with a drink? Her response was it shouldn't and called a guy upto take his order and completely ignored the lady standing there ???? Read more
My experience here was terrible, everyone's order was wrong and they got my order wrong twice, the fries must have been days old... as they were hard, I ordered the big crunch box and got the crunch combo, got my proper order eventually and got the wrong pieceof chicken the box comes with, not worth the 20 minute wait to eat here, there is other KFC's that are closer 30 minutes awaybut is 100% more worth going than this place, 20 minute wait to get your food to make the matter worse. We usually enjoy coming here. This time we were missing an entire large box of popcorn chicken. We usually get that as a treat... for our dogs. I am giving it a two when I would really like to give a one. The employees working their either don't care or maybe can't handle... working in a fast food industry. The only reason I am giving it a two is because the manager showed up seen how many peoplewhere waiting (which was almost an hour for myself, with other people waiting before me) and went to the back and got to work.Even though it was either his day off or he had already eorked the day shift. The young employee at cash was very rude andunprofessional. When she seen her boss coming she yelled side show bob is coming Meanwhile he was the best most efficient workertheir. Might want to rethink who you have working for you if they are disrespectful like that and don't care about thecustomers. Read more
Chicken was almost inedible. We got a 2 person bucket deal and paid $6.00 extra for white meat. The skin was so dark and either... overcooked, or hours old under a heat lamp, it?s hard to believe that the person who put it in the box actually served it. Thepopcorn chicken in contrast was pale white in colour but equally dry and almost impossible to chew as every other piece ofchicken was. Come on... seriously you can do better than this. Read more
Had an issue with wait time and it was rectified by the manager, very appreciative of their actions. I will say the food is... always fresh, which is a nice change compared to a lot of other KFCs. Read more
