Hours on google are either off (says open until 10pm, but open sign is off at 930), or employees close the store early and... management doesn't know. They never seem to have tuna when I go in, last time they had no bread at dinner rush... Just seemsunprofessional for a business overall. Read more

Ordered curbside pickup specifically because we didn't have a mask in our vehicle. Website clearly states to remain in your... vehicle and food will be brought out. Once the time was past we called and were told we had to come in and pick up our food offthe shelf inside. Totally defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. Read more

Great food, great service. Didn't do a great job of helping customers social distance. Probably as much some customers fault as... staff. Not easy to control if customers don't care! Also the new plastic drink lid pinched off the drinking straw as the holeis really tight Read more

I have had more bad experiences here than good. Some were before the management change, some were after. I've had to cancel an... order because the staff made the food so sloppy. I recently placed an order on the mobile app. My fianceé went to pick it up,after she got home we realized that my sub and hers had pretty noticable mistakes. Missing bacon, wrong cheese, basic stuff thatshouldn't have happened. Found a green hair in one of the subs, that was just plain disgusting. I called the store and spoke toa manager, who was super friendly and helpful. She promised to replace the order in full and made me want to go back. But then Idid go back. There was a Heidi working, she was the one to help me, she seemed like she didn't care to be there, which I'm notsurprised by, but then she treated the food with little care. I didn't want to be picky so I knew I would take what she gave me,and just not go back. She didn't cut the bread all the way so it was ripped open, she put everything in the middle of thesandwich so when she closed it everything was on one side and not the other, after telling her light ingredients she proceededto put extra everything on it. I was displeased, but Kylie who was at the cash register was very friendly and happy to help me.She was doing a good job. But unfortunately the nice person at the end, doesn't make up for all the mistakes I couldn't lookpast. Sorry Subway, buy you lost me. Read more
