I?ve been shopping here since moving to town 2 years ago and tonight I went in for a few things (bought more than expected) and... had the BEST customer experience with a cashier named Megan (I hope I?m spelling that right). She was extremely polite,enthusiastic and kind. After getting home I also realized (although I?m not vegan) since I had purchased vegan chicken and meatat the same time she had separated the vegan and non-vegan items into different bags without a thought. SO thoughtful and shedeserves a shoutout. Read more

Went shopping here on Friday, very disappointed and concerned that this store had no disinfection wipes to use for carts or hand... sanitizers... COVID19 is an ongoing issue.. it is not over... shame on this store for not having those 2 things readilyavailable for customers at the entrance of the store... I have been to Giant Tiger and Food Basics and they ALWAYS have aplentiful supply... Shame on you Zehrs/Loblaws for not having more concern for your customers! Read more
Excellent service last night. I got a box of donuts that were stickered 50% off. Unfortunately self-checkout didn?t give me the... discount so I told one of the staff and he said he would definitely fix that for me. He opened the customer service room thatwas already closed for the day and got me my price correction credit. He had a genuinely good attitude. That?s huge folks! Keepit up. Read more
Very neat store with a wide variety of goods, products, produce and groceries, not to mention the flower counter, the pharmacy,... Joe Fresh, the friendly staff and management, the outdoor garden centre in the summer... Just too much to mention here. Wellmanaged, well stocked and no empty shelves. Employees on the floor were very helpful in helping me locate products and friendly as well. The cashier was busy flirting with... another customer 2 lines over and didn't show much interest in the customers she was serving. Read more
Nobody knows how to redeem points or what it means. Had to have my groceries scanned, returned, scanned again, returned and... scanned a 3rd time to have my poi tshirt redeemed. Wont be shopping there again anytime soon. Read more
