Due to recent menu changes, there is only one size of pizza (14in) and crust is much thinner. It tastes good, it just wasn?t... what it used to be. I guess each person orders their own pizza now? You might consider taking the pictures of the old pizzasdown from Google, as it no longer reflects the current offerings. I would love to amend this review to 5 stars if the largepizza returns. On Friday, Sept 9th, Bohemian Pizza and Taco did themselves proud. We had a Welcome Party for 100 people. Ashley, the kitchen... manager and Judy, the bar manager were AMAZING. Our main server. (Alyssa, I think) for the night with other help were soattentive. They even had Dwayne who helped with the parking. The whole party was outside within the wood-stack walls. Lights,tables, our own bar. Pizza, wings, guac and chips. As the mother of the groom - that night and the next day, I was bombardedwith praise for the very, very fun event. Used to have the best pizza, now it?s not even close. We have been here 5-6 times and loved the pizza, had a fluffy soft crust... that was even better than Pepe?s. Unfortunately we raved about it and brought some family members with us last night and ordered4 pizzas, nachos, 2 orders of tacos and calamari. The calamari came out and had maybe a dozen calamari and the rest was allpeppers and Gorgonzola, I love the peppers, but the kids love the calamari which was scarce. Then the pizza came out and it waslike they used saltine crackers for the crust, it was not the soft crust we love, but an over dried, thin crust that had noflavor and literally was like a saltine cracker for all 4 pizzas. Our family members we brought for their first time here saidthe pizza was horrible and said we were crazy spending $150 on this food. I completely agreed it was not like we had any othertime coming here. I asked the waitress what changed and she said it was only her 4th day working and their was no managers toask. She was awesome by the way, had a lot more tables to manage and was always there to check on us, she was amazing keeping upwith as many customers as she had. stopped another waitress who had been there since April and asked her why it went from ourbest pizza to worst and she went to ask in the kitchen and came back and said nothing had changed. Unfortunately something suredid, it was like they forgot to put yeast in the dough, it was just dry, flaking and crumbly. Our family will not go back hereagain and hate to see it, but our favorite pizza place is no longer the same and we will no longer be regulars here. If we knewit was just a bad night for the cook and a 1 time thing we would consider it, but when you drop $150 on dinner and no one cantell you why it?s so bad this time then it?s not worth risking coming back for another horrible experience. Yummy tacos! We got several varieties and shared them all. Our favorite was the tuna. We ordered them rare they were delicious.... Pulled pork sandwich was good too, it had a different tang we found interesting for the BBQ sauce Read more
Uh, Bohemian Pizza! Yes please. Figgy Pizza, what? I was NOT in favor of ordering this pie and was vetoed by the rest of our... dining party. But land-o-lakes was I wrong. IT WAS AMOIZING! We also ordered the Basil Delight and the Whites Wood and neitherdisappointed. We ate outside in the "log room" on a crisp autumn night.
