We had antipasto salad and it was yummy. We also ordered mozzarella in carrozza, but unfortunately instead we got 3 mozzarella... sticks. They were very good, but they are not mozarella in carrozza. Staff were friendly. Read more
If the question is “What’s for dinner?” The answer is always “Difrancos!!!!” It is our go to for take out for the last... few years. We’ve had consistently good food and have never been disappointed!! Their pizza is what pizza should taste like,the crust has great flavor and chew, the ingredients are fresh and generous and it’s never soggy! Read more

Ordered some takeout meals for the first time. A full chicken/pasta dinner for myself and son. We both were a bit underwhelmed... by the presentation and portion size. However, after the first bite we were both blown away by how delicious and well cookedeverything was. We were both pleasantly stuffed and enjoyed the meal to the last bite. Will definitely visit the restaurantagain next time I'm in town. Read more
We were out sightseeing with visitors and stopped by DiFrancos to get some lunch. The lady that seated us looked like she wasn't... happy to be at work. Our waitress was slightly better but when she brought out meals she stood at one end of the table and madeus pass them along even though there was plenty of room around the table. I ordered fish and chips. The fish was kind of dry andit seemed like there was a potato shortage given the small amount of fries that I received. There are several restaurants inLitchfield and next time I will be going to one of them. Read more
My family and I decided to try out DiFranco's during Summer 2021, and we absolutely loved it! Nice atmosphere and service,... friendly staff, and most of all delicious food. Their pizza and fried calamari were perfectly cooked and very tasty. We didn'tknow what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised! Fettuccine Alfredo was cooked perfectly and the white cream sauce was top shelf... Broccoli Rabe, sausage and beans were... equally delicious. Please note that the photos indicate about half of the portions served. Everything was so delicious I justcouldn't stop eating to take photos! De Franco's has great outdoor seating right off West St in Downtown Litchfield, a superfriendly staff, a great lunch menu and reasonable prices. Biker friendly. Read more
A small family restaurant with BIG heart! Set in beautiful Litchfield center, DiFrancos offers indoor and outdoor seating. The... chicken parm is my favorite! The sauce is perfect, chicken is tender, yet nicely breaded. Portions are generous but notoverwhelming. Our party also enjoyed the salmon, veal piccata, and the spinach ravioli, a special that night. They also do anamazing takeout business, as we heard the phone ringing and orders coming and going. Best of all, they accept reservations,which many restaurants no longer accept. Read more
