Didn't have hamburgers, no big deal. Went with chixken and fish, was dry and had a hard crust, overcooked. Took the coney dog I... order out of the bag, no fork or napkins so didn't get to eat that either. Thankfully the cheese curds were cooked right sothat held me.over until we arrived at home.an hour away. I have ate there before and.enjoy their food but this time washorrible. Needs consistency. Inability to call in order, inability to order online... we were coming from St. Louis and, due to the reviews, tried to call in... 45min early... they never answered, the website can't order online, and the app was also terrible.... we went to KFC instead forour 7 people. Read more

I will be honest, I was not expecting much here since these establishments sort of go unnoticed. I was very pleased with the... friendly service from Evalyn. She smiled and helped me with my request. I went through the drive thru and my experience wasgreat. You cant bear the root beer floats either; hands down best in fast food. My chicken was made fresh which made me feelgood as well. Food was great,customer service was great. Down side they always park you now while waiting on food. That's OK except they never... give sauces. We asked for tarter sauce and cocktail sauce with a family meal and this is the second time we got none. Read more
2 cars in the parking lot and 2 cars in the drive thru and i sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes to get my food, the lady who... brought my food was very rude and should not be dealing with the public. Food wasn't up to par, and even the root beer didn'ttaste as good as a normal A&W. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO ELSEWHERE. $30 for a meal for 2 and it took FOREVER to get. Read more
Passing through town. We had not been to a Long John Silvers in years. Needless to say this experience has left us not wanting... to come back ever. Sriracha cheese curds were good. The fish and hushpuppies totally disgusting. Each bite we had oozed grease.We tried to pick off the breading on the fish but that did not help matters. I understand being short staffed.
