I've loved this place for over 20 years. My mother asked where I wanted to go for my high school graduation dinner. It was here.... I've eaten countless meals here. And I mean countless. Soemtimes as many as 3 meals and a snack in a day. Many of the employeeshave known me by name. I've seen many employees come and go. I've befriended some, even after they've left and moved on. Mylittle sister worked here through high school. That's why this review is so hard. Since this business was bought out by a tycoonfrom Chicago, it has gone downhill in a hurry. My order is never right. One time a drive through associate gave me an orangedrink instead of an unsweetened tea. And he smirked as I looked at the color and took it anyway. I'll order bacon cheeseburgersfor my toddlers. They'll come with no cheese. Or no bacon. Or the toppings will be wrong. One thing that they used to pridethemselves on was the speed of the drive through. Now, I'll wait a half hour before I even get to the order screen with only 3or 4 cars ahead of me. It's astonishing how slow they have become. I honestly don't know what to blame it on. The old owner wasthere daily. I've never met the new owner. But he certainly doesn't deserve a good review from how he has let things slipthrough the cracks. If you must come into town for food, go next door to McDonald's. It's not great, but it's certainly betterthan this Wendy's, my former favorite restaurant in town. Read more
We went thru the drive thru and the line moved quickly. Our order was correct and everything was good. Friendly people at the... window with good food and good service. This is another great Wendy?s Restaurant. Read more
I have never waited so long to order my food??ever . What has happened to this establishment? Used to be outstanding. Now it?s... slow and the quality of food is just as bad . The owner needs to get their head out of the clouds and hire a new manager andmake sure procedures are actually being implemented . This ship is sinking and sinking fast. Read more
We just left there about 20 min ago. We get home (in Mt olive) and realize they messed up almost our entire order and they... didn't even give us some of our food! And they purposely have their phone off the hook so you can't call in!!! Read more
All the workers were only teenagers and they were doing their best but I still got home to discover no fries in my bag.
Food was good. Service was good. Floor was so sticky in front of the soda machines your shoes stuck to it. Both soda machines... were out of EVERY kind of diet or zero calorie drinks . Read more
This was the cleanest Wendy's, (or any restaurant for that matter), I've ever been to. Everything was spotless and there were... employees actively cleaning an already clean kitchen while we were there; even the bathrooms were very clean. The food was hot,fresh and was ready in literally a couple of minutes. Not usually a Wendy's fan but this experience has changed my opinion ofWendy's overall. Would definitely stop in again when we pass through next. Read more
The drive through at this Wendy's use to be very efficient. Not so much anymore.
