Should be a zero. Extremely dirty bathrooms. Whole place is filthy. Won't stop there again.
Sibley ave location!! We have reached out to Casey's 2 times since our rude encounter at the store and our botched order. We got... 1 crumpled pizza 2 orders of cheesey bread that were all crumpled and stuck together on one side of the box and a burnt pizzaand then a order of wings that were forgotten so we had to go back. All this after we were told 30 mins to get our order andwhen we showed up it wasnt even started and when we asked when we should come back we were told i dont know just keep coming in.An hr after the order was supposed to be done we got it but we had to spend 40 mins in the parking lot waiting for it. Theemployee continued to complain that he had no help and cant run the store alone and that he has asked for help and been told no.This is not just the fault of the emplyee that was on shift it is bad management and scheduling as well. Today I was in Casey's and the young man's name I believe was Wayne was unbelive rude to me and very disrespectful. No customer... service what so ever. I have no idea how he got hired and how he is still working there!! If I end up going back to thatCasey's and he is working I'll be sure to walk right out. Read more
