The customer service is awful, but the lady taking drive thru orders was especially rude. My sandwich had 3 pieces of spinach... when it was supposed to be mainly veggies in it to begin with. The ?grilled? chicken was soggy and had 0 flavor. The place hasreally gone downhill. Read more
Drive-through cashier took our money gave us the change handed us our food and closed the window no communication whatsoever not... a word was spoken from her. Neither sandwich had pickles on it, even though both sandwiches were requested with Pickles, thetoasted bread tasted extremely soggy like they put the bread in a fast cooking microwave, was not very impressed today. Good food, friendly staff, decent prices. Customers just need to be more understanding and patient because over 3/4's of the... staff there was brand new. They all did their best and the Mgr was very kind. It was a Crazy Busy day and they did great for theamount of traffic that went through that Subway that Saturday 4/21/18. Please let this be seen by all of those that worked thatday. And one more thing... for those customers that were impatient and rude... just remember what it was like to start a new joband how flustered one can get when you're faced with a day liked that.
