The place is very hit or miss. When the manager is in the place runs nicely. It's fast food, so it is what it is.

being told that food and customer service goes down after a certain time by an employee at the window while waiting for 15+... minutes is not how i expected this visit to go, very underwhelmed with the professionalism shown, not even a glance through thewindow or anything. however, despite the food quality going down and also being messy and half put together after being monkeyhandled by some teenagers, at bare minimum the food was hot. I ordered at the counter and the staff did not give me the complete order. It lacked the soft taco i ordered. Also the order... took a really long time to get to us from the kitchen, and the potato oles were luke warm. I was kinda disapointed in my visit.But the lobby was clean. Read more
