The place is very hit or miss. When the manager is in the place runs nicely. It's fast food, so it is what it is.

being told that food and customer service goes down after a certain time by an employee at the window while waiting for 15+... minutes is not how i expected this visit to go, very underwhelmed with the professionalism shown, not even a glance through thewindow or anything. however, despite the food quality going down and also being messy and half put together after being monkeyhandled by some teenagers, at bare minimum the food was hot. Updating my review: After a few recent visits all of which were either missing items or they were made wrong we likely will be... avoiding this particular Taco John's. Management has seemed to have lost the touch that made this a regular stop for us.Unfortunate, since Litchfield lacks many options. Read more

good food. Tacos were well out together, I had the nachos Navidad, asked for the sour cream on the side which they forgot to do.... Still the food tasted good. Only main problem was that the churros we had were lacking in sugar sprinkles. Read more
