This has got to be the worst Barros I've been too. Tables were all dirty 1:00 pm 10.21.22. Just seem to be lack of leadership... from top to bottom. Salad bar didn't look like ever other Barros I've been too. The cucumbers looked to be old and fermented.Took a chance got the #8 Barros lunch special with salad. No cucumbers please. No cheese pizza was ready Waited 20 mins for themto bring me 2 slices of pizza. Not a big deal. Up set because I feel they did something to my pizza or salad bar is unsanitary.Not once have I been to a Barros and had this same situation . Either way I feel a need to escalate the situation. I used to be a big fan of Barros. Visited this place many times. So very confident bringing my family for a nice evening however... to the contrary was more of my experience. The staff was rude! The place was empty and it was still early. I even started theevening with a very generous tip only to be rushed and ignored. I believe it always starts with the top. The owner must feel noregard to customer loyalty or he is unaware of his management lack of hand of guidance. Yes, it was a very unpleasant visit! Read more
Barros pizza is a great quality pizza place that I have enjoyed for years.Last month I ordered one large pepperoni and sausage,... one large pepperoni, sausage, and pepperonchini pizza along with some salt and vinegar wings and some cheesy bread sticks. Itwas all very tasty and the wings are great. They have a nice variety of wings and always add new flavors. Barros are always inmy top rotation of pizza places that I personally enjoy often. This is their idea of food delivery!! This is completely unacceptable and the manager just wanted to argue with me. We spent... over $114.00 to wait over an hour to get this kind of service. The best pizza around! Store clean employees nice one thing though with four employees at front counter talking and laughing... awhile they should be in back as doesn't look good when I'm sure there's things to do in the restaurant. Read more
