Are you actually serious? How is it legal to charge $7.54 for this tiny shake?? Its child sized. First of, it's not even good,... it only tastes like peppermint. I don't even think there are oreos in here. I should have just bought a bag of peppermints for$3, I would have been happier. Second, are you actually kidding? I feel very confident saying nothing in your restaurant isworth $8, most certainly not this bitty bitty shake. I cant even fathom how you have a smaller size. Will never return. Read more

I had an amazing experience here at this Freddy?s location. The employees (Gianna, Rocky, Rachel, Ethan, Maya, and Valerie) were... absolutely outstanding. Some Friends and I went to eat there and it was one of my friends birthdays and they were extremelyfunny and kind making jokes and even went as far as singing happy birthday. Normally Fast Food Employees aren?t very joyful andhate their job and these group of kids enjoy their jobs and have fun working which is rare. I love Freddy's and normally don't ever have a problem with them. I also don't go to the one on Litchfield but rather the one on... Bell Rd. Today was the worst. Cold fries and a very simply flat burger that looked like this food was sitting for someone elseand didn't get picked up or something. Took the kids here the past weekend. Sign on the door, Lobby not open and drive thru opened an hour after posted hours. Came... here again with the kids yesterday. Guy working the drive thru would take an order. Tell the next customer to wait. Then takepayment, serve food, and send customer on the way before taking your order. Waited at least 10 minutes with no service. Poorcustomers behind had to have waited about 30 minutes to even get to the speaker to order. I drove up to the window to place myorder since everyone was being ignored only to have an employee just ignore me again. No acknowledgment and just continued tostand by the register. Ethan 1.0 and the crew, Sunday evening on 09/25/2022, gave great service and went above and beyond being polite, smiling and... willing to help. My wife and I usually frequent a competitor but after our experience tonight, this will be our preferredchoice. The food was excellent at a good value. Always great food, solid service, and of course the custard (yum)! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because their fries have... less salt now and they have the salt packets on the condiment bar but it's not the same :( Also they are not connected to theapp so all the money I spend doesn't count towards rewards and these days a restaurant without rewards seems more costly, so wego there less than we used to. Still, you can't go wrong with the food, it's why I haven't completely stopped going! Read more
