We go here a lot because they're near where we live. We've almost always had good experiences here, but lately the food isn't as... good. The customer service is out the window. How you gonna tell me NO that I can't add pico to my carne asada fries?? I alwaysdo. Then overcharges me. Not friendly anymore, don't speak at all, or seem high on something. Will start choosing otherrestaurants in the area instead. ?? Read more

They gave us the wrong order very unhappy couldn't go back we were on our way to a funeral. Allergic to eggs and they gave us a... breakfast burrito when I order a green chili burrito not even close and they only had two people ordering. It's a good thing Ilooked inside before biting into it. Been coming here for years, food has always been really good. Came here a couple of weeks and all was perfect, very flavorful... meat. Came here tonight and I am SO disappointed. Ordered Steak Rancheros and EVERYTHING is bland. Meat, eggs, rice, beans?everything. Even the guacamole and salsa is completely different. No taste in guacamole and salsa is VERY tart with no flavor. Acouple eggs were hard and overdone and 1 was runny and normal. Corn tortillas were the same. The carne asada burrito was okaybut also flavorless meat. I usually come here late night for the burritos, which are great! Today, I was craving some Sopes.. I had no clue Federico?s was... making the best in town!!! I hate it when the shell is chewy and tough (which is typical of most Mexican Joints). However, thesewere crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside! They gave in as soon as I bit down. Soo good! They have the 3 sopeswith medium drink special! I?m stuffed. The Carne asada were my favorite! Come check them out! Read more
