What's the point of a drive thru if they NEVER acknowledge it? One person in line ahead of me and no one ever answered the... speaker. I sat for so long that I ended up just backing out and leaving. Not a "Hi I'll be right with you" "Hello we'll be withyou in just a moment..." Nothing! No status check of any kind. And sadly, when they do answer, they're rude and very short. This bowl reminded me, why I stopped coming to jack in the crack.. the meals are not worth the price, $8+ for a bowl that barely... has anything. And lets not mention the lettuce tacos. Smh ???? I arrived at the Jack in the Box at 11:55 pm. I was tired from work and wanted a quick cheap bite. I ordered 6 jalapeño poppers... and the two tacos. There was a long line but I didn?t think anything of it. Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting I got to thewindow and paid. I?m thinking after all that time I am going to get my food. WRONG. They had me pull around and I waited till12:55. After an hour of waiting for fast food and wasting an hour of my life I left. I did not even receive my food. This was aridiculous experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. Long drive-through lines, employees that are extremely rude to you no matter the time of day.... Foods always cold while the employees are more than happy sitting around doing absolutely nothing while you?re sitting andwaiting for a solid hour and a half. Seriously if I were the franchise owner I?d do a complete employee overhaul or just shutdown entirely because this place is a joke. Read more
Don't want to be a "Karen" here, but I just got through the drive thru and got home. Is this normal how much people get in... these? There's barely any in there :( I've gotten these from other places but never such a tiny portion... the employee thathanded me the food was nice, but I dont think she handed me a receipt. ???? I go to this Jack In The Box and it's not Drive thru, it's die thru. Orders with people ahead seem to hold up the lines. Got to... get faster service there as when you have a sandwich and drink why wait 30 minutes. Saw once two employees emptying trash thenwent in made food put it in bag and left the store.
