Been 2 yrs since I reviewed this KFC. DON'T order those new bowl of Mac & Cheese with chicken peices. The prices are like the... bottom of the bag crumble. 2 small nuggets had chick and the rest was just crispy hollow and dried out. Bad for a new item. Read more
Worst KFC experience ever! Went through drive thru, looked thru everything best I could, got home 1/4 of order was missing! OK,... no biggie I'll call and run back and get everything......... Googled website...called 4 times.....no answer!!! After 5 ringsdisconnected!! On the 6th call, person answered......behold, he said it was his personal phone number and was onbreak!!! Ok.....I drove back and told them what happened......they didn't even respond with any care. Gave me cold food off theline and told me to have a nice evening!!! I truly will never go back!!!!!!!!! I've been to this location maybe 6 times, most of the time I use the drive-through. Nearly everytime they get our order wrong.... Im not the type to get mad about it. In fact my wife and I think it's comical how often they mess up the order so we always goin with that expectation and know to check our order before leaving. ???? I dined in today. Fully expected something and sureenough they were out of French fries and mac-n-cheese, both sides that my son wanted. This was at 6:15pm, dinner time for most.I laughed it off ????. Went to pay and the guy said the register was down, he had to use the drive through register. It'salways something at this location ???????. The young man at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. I had to approach thecounter 2 other times when the young man was away and the other employees acted liked I was bothering them by asking for bbqsauce and a refill. In fact they didn't acknowledge me while I was standing at the counter waiting. It wasn't until I spoke upthat they turned to look at me. Maybe they are just really into their work.??????? I will say the food was good, biscuit wassoft and fresh, chicken was tender and crispy! They gave me plenty of bbq sauce and honey ???? The dining area was clean, thebathrooms... not so much, the sink needed to be cleaned, one of soap dispensers was hanging off the wall, the trash lid may havebeen broken. My advise if you eat here, don't expect them to have all menu items available. And check your bag before you leaveto ensure your order is complete ????. Read more
Avoid this place - went in for a family meal deal - all I got was chicken tails and legs, shorted a side order as well. Upon... leaving another customer came back complaining that they didn't get her order right. Avoid this place unless you like orderingchicken tails. I suggest take your hard earned money to Albersons they got Blue Bunny Ice cream for sale. Read more
This is my neighborhood KFC. My family ordered 2 famous bowls and 2 one breast meals and paid online. They didn't have the food... to make our order. They couldn't refund us. We have to get the refund online. Everyone was nice, but a chicken place with nochicken that can't give a refund is not a business. Read more
Not sure what is going on here. Was told no fries or coleslaw at the drive through and then pulled up to see an employee walk by... with fries. Girl working the window had a real poopy attitude as well. Food was piping hot when it came out but goodness it tookforever to get. Thumbs down! Read more
Very poor customer service,waited for a good 5 minutes at the drive-thru, had to speak if anyone was there, I will be just a... minute with you. Order #15, the mashed potato chicken bowl and a large sweet corn. A horribly mismanaged location, when I come here they regularly tell me they are out of regular fried chicken of all things.... Today was no acception to this. They were very understaffed with 3 total visable employees, a line going to the door inside andmany cars sitting waiting for food outside. The only person working the counter spoke in very broken English and had to havethings repeated multiple times before she understood, and walked away in between taking each person's order to prepare it,further extending the line and resulting in ROUGHLY a 15 minutes wait between arriving at the counter and having your ordertaken.
