We wanted to enjoy this place, but over 1 hr to order each time we have been there is rediculous, especially on a Tuesday... night. They claimed it was busy and kitchen was behind(just like the first time), yet, 8 tables vacated upon our arrival andmost tables had drinks only. They blamed the kitchen, but why did it take 35 min to get 1 drink from bar and 25 min for menusafter asking 3x. The food was subpar and cold and we had to go to the bar ourselves to get a drink after 30 min if waiting.First time we dined, there was one server for whole place and took 1 hr for a coke refill. Order was incorrect and they ignoredit and didnt bring correct item. Each time we have visited we could see they don't have enough servers which is a mgt issue andappears to have been this way for the last few years. Worse service? Didn?t want to service a party of 10, horrible attitude by bar tender. Almost seemed upset we came in? This place... was terrible the way the treated us. Find another bar. As you can see by the bars response, very professional. Yes we were,after waiting 10 mins for a bar tender to even respond to us, we weren?t blocking any isles or bathroom? Food and atmosphere were good, but 2 hours to get your food after ordering is just too long. I get it, places get busy, but... there was no warning, no updates, no explanation and no apology by the time we got our food. Even a simple sorry or somesemblance of explanation would have made me improve the star rating at least a little bit here. Anyway, It's easy to try toblame the servers or cooks, but seeing multiple families around us also wait hours for their food just points to a badmanagement issue. Read more

Lazy palms is a nice, chill, low key bar in the WigWam resort area with a great variety of finger favorites and more that will... have you coming back again and again. The owner Big Joe makes sure everything is top notch and puts his finishing on some of thefood items. Now if you like spicy, then I recommend you try the atomic sauce. It's not for the faint of heart and you have beenwarned!! Lol. When I last went I had the surf and turf along with a side of potato skins and everything was very well preparedand tasty; and yes I had the sauce. So so hot!! We stumbled upon this gem while looking for a local place for brunch. We ordered the regular Bloody Mary and it was better than... expected with bacon, and many other delights in a stick. My husband got the Lazy Benedict and I got the Surf & Turf. Largeportions, hot and fresh. The cocktail sauce was perfect for me but beware of you're not a fan of horseradish. Wonderful service,clean tables. Patio seating is a plus when we have that beautiful weather. We will definitely be coming back here and willrecommend to friends. Read more
