Went to get a cheeseburger meal and hot n spicy meal. There was only one other car in the drive thru. They had me pull up to... wait for my food, which I understand. However, they repeatedly came out trying to give me the wrong food. I told them multipletimes what I ordered and they kept coming out with different food. When I finally left after 15 minutes of this, I still had thewrong size fries and the wrong drink. They also never gave me ranch, which I asked for. :( Read more
Very bad service compared to others in the valley. Almost always have items missing from my order and always asked to wait in a... waiting line, what is fast food if you cannot get your food straight from the main drive-thru. I prefer to travel further awayto get McDonalds if I?m craving it that much otherwise I choose something else close by. Read more
Waited in line to order more than 40 minutes. Asked an employee CC how long it was going to be and she replied, "" If you can't... wait ,why Don't you just go order on the McDonald's app."" She was rude and would ignore everyone.???? Read more

I stopped at the McDonald's off Litchfield Rd about 11:25 pm Saturday April 9, 2022. I ordered the 4a a crispy chicken sandwich... with mayo and cheese only. After I left the drive though I pulled over to eat. When I opened the bag the wrapper said SpicyCrispy Chicken. When I took a bite it was spicy, greasy, dried out and cold. I threw the sandwich out. I will never go to this McDonald's again. I'm not sure why they have Covid measures in place when it is filthy and the health... service should be called. There is food and garbage all over the floor where they are cooking, prep stations are dirty. In thelobby all the tables have spilled drinks and food all over the floor. NOTHING IS CLEAN! There were so many flies that I wasliterally fighting off flies the 20 minutes I waited for my food. Yes 20 minutes for 3 cheese burgers. My order was wrong tomake matters even worse. I ordered a triple cheese burger and a 2 cheese burger combo with no mustard well it had no ketchup andextra mustard. The food looked so disgusting I threw it in the trash. This is a major reason I don't eat at McDonald'sestablishments but this one never ever again for sure. Read more
Amazingly bad. Who would think a review of a McDonalds would be in order? They?re all the same, right? Wrong. I just discovered... the worst one in the Phoenix valley. And it?s not even close. Ordering in, I waited almost 20 minutes before going up to thecounter to ask about my meal. (With no special requests, btw.) A manager took my receipt as I sat back down. Ten minutes later,no meal, so I returned to the counter, only to find my meal bagged up and just sitting there for who-knows how long. The clerkoffered it up; I refused. The manager of this chaos reluctantly prepared a new order. But even that was flawed. Worst hamburgerever, dry and tepid. And, for the fist time in my life, no BBQ sauce for the nuggets. What is this, Church?s? Bottom line: itwasn?t the mistakes. It was the utter indifference to them and their unapologetic dismissal of their customers. Stay away! Read more
