Went through the drive thru and got 2 drinks. 1 was a blended sf vanilla Iced coffee and a blended dragon drink and both failed... our expectations! ???????? I have ordered these drinks multiple times and never been this unhappy! I don't every remember beingcharged .50 to have my drinks blended! ???? then was asked if I want the blended powder in my Iced coffee, I've never been askedthat before ???????????. The store is not prepared for afternoon rushes, nor do they run an organized floor. I mobile ordered, arrived 5 minutes after I... placed the order, but 2 minutes before it was due to be finished. Saw that my cup had been stickered, but the baristas continuedto work on ice drinks around it. Sat in the store for 10 minutes before telling them to just toss the cup. As a former baristaand shift manager, I'm generally very laid back when it comes to rush, however this store was not prepared for a rush, and eventhough there were seven people on the floor, they did not have anybody dedicated to working on hot drinks. I understand it's hotoutside, but it takes 2 seconds to pull shots and to get your milk set. Read more
Updating an older review. The service is so much better here, compared to the Luke Starbucks just a couple blocks away from us.... I regularly drive 10-15 min out of my way just to order at this one because the baristas are so friendly and the drinks areprepared well. I always feel welcome. Read more
Horrible experience. I ordered a pink drink today and they gave me a sour drink with chunky coconut milk.

Nice place to hang out and enjoy a Irish cold brew.
Ordered using app online, and picked up at drive-thru. My hubby ALWAYS gets the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher (Ha! Thanks to... ME!) w/ 2 limes, and 2 scoops of strawberries, no water, light ice. The drinks were ready when we pulled straight through thedrive. We both noticed the drink did not look like what it was supposed to look like. So, the Barista, Craig, double-checkedand noticed they added water. He re-made the drink for us, and asked if it looked right, and it did. He gave us the otherdrink as well! Went in the mid afternoon, my drink was not made properly the first or the second time. The barista Taylor seemed very rude and... passive aggressive. I kindly asked her to remake my drink and she rolled her eyes and walked away and I had to have anotherbarista help me out. I enjoy going to this location during the morning because they are fast & efficient and I never have anissue with my order and they are always so nice and welcoming. Read more
